Produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery and owned by Sazerac. Dubbed "Baby Buffalo Trace" as it's built on Buffalo Trace's low-rye mash bill recipe. Buffalo Trace's signature bourbon is traditionally aged for 8 years while Benchmark is traditionally aged for 4 years. 


Benchmark is a classic straight bourbon through-and-through. It celebrates the pioneers that settled the land the distillery stands on today. 

Tasting Notes: The nose bears caramel notes with a delicate stone-fruit backdrop. A robust and sturdy palate with some fine leather notes mingling with dry tobacco, a touch of oak and a hint of dried cherries. The finish is smooth and calming.
