Angel’s Envy is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in port barrels and inspired by Lincoln Henderson’s lifetime spent crafting the world’s finest spirits. It’s a total return to craft first, hand blended batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time, which we carefully taste throughout every step of the process.This would be enough for other bourbons, but we decided to take it further. That's why we finish every batch in specially-selected, ruby port wine casks for up to six months. A transatlantic blended whiskey from the people at High West in Utah. Following a trip to the peated Scotch whisky heartland of Islay, David Perkins sought to combine peated single malt with sweet bourbon as well as rye whiskey to create something unique.

Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses four times more malted barley than conventional recipes and a Slow Cut™ proofing process. This creates a rich, smooth flavor, in harmony with caramel cues evoked by charred barrels, and spicy notes of rye.

Larceny is a small batch bourbon (100 barrels or less) of barrels from the middle three floors of the aging warehouse. The barrels that go into each batch are aged anywhere from 6 to 10 years. It is bottled at 92 proof.

Four Roses Single Barrel is bottled at 50% ABV and is comprised of their OBSV recipe (Four Roses has 10 different recipes). That means that this a straight whiskey using their high-rye mash bill (60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley) and uses their light fruity yeast strain. Each batch will vary slightly as is to be expected from single-barrel bottlings.

100% handmade in the state of Washington. The traditionally grown grain is cultivated exclusively for Woodinville on the Omlin Family Farm in Quincy, Washington. The grain is mashed and distilled at the Woodinville distillery, then barreled and aged in air-seasoned, slowly toasted, and heavily charred American Oak 53-gallon barrels.

Four Roses Small Batch is a straight bourbon that is comprised of 4 of the 10 recipes Four Roses employs. They use an equal measure of both of their mash bills (60% corn, 35% rye, 5% barley and 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% barley). They also use yeast strains which highlight both a light and spicy profile along with a rich and fruity one. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

Angel’s Envy Rye Finished in Plantation XO Rum Casks is released just twice each year in the autumn and spring. The rum casks were previously used to age French cognac, which adds an additional layer of complexity on the palate. It’s a collision of bold flavors as the raw, spicy rye mingles with the mellow sweetness of the rum, culminating in a uniquely delicious spirit.
