This well-aged bourbon from barrels all filled during the same season was bottled at exactly 100 proof for a bold taste and lingering finish - a testament to the Bottled-in-Bond Act established over a century ago.
In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel.

Angel’s Envy is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in port barrels and inspired by Lincoln Henderson’s lifetime spent crafting the world’s finest spirits. It’s a total return to craft first, hand blended batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time, which we carefully taste throughout every step of the process. This would be enough for other bourbons, but we decided to take it further. That's why we finish every batch in specially-selected, ruby port wine casks for up to six months. Given the Highest Recommendation by Spirit Journal, celebrated by Whisky Advocate, The Bourbon Review and awarded Wine Enthusiast’s highest bourbon rating, Angel’s Envy is two fingers of the finest whiskey you’ve ever tasted.
BLACKENED is a collaborative effort between Metallica and Master Distiller Dave Pickerell. BLACKENED is a marriage of the finest bourbons, ryes & whiskeys, hand selected by Dave himself. Each of the whiskeys offer unique flavor that play a key role in the final spirit. Predominately bourbon, the sweetness of BLACKENED pairs perfectly with the savory spice offered by the high rye composition.Dave is renown for his whiskey finishes—an aspect he calls “flavoring for adults”. By resting the whiskey in the barrel of another spirit during the maturation phase, the whiskey picks up some of the unique, residual flavors left behind in the barrel. For BLACKENED, Dave chose to finish the whiskey in black brandy casks. The result is an added apricot note that plays perfectly alongside the honey and caramel tones of the pre-finished spirit. After the whiskeys have been combined in the black brandy casks for finishing, they’re jolted back to life by the unmistakable, earth-shattering music of Metallica. Using our proprietary sonic-enhancement system BLACK NOISE™, the whiskey is pummeled by sound, causing it to seep deeper into the barrel, where it picks up additional wood flavor characteristics. The process the whiskey undergoes is intense; the flavor is anything but. The spirit has a warm, honey-amber color. Burnt caramel, oak and honey are present on the nose, with moderate hints of spice upon first taste. The flavor builds with notes of honey, cinnamon, allspice, clove and mint, with unexpected apricot lingering underneath. Expect a long and smooth finish with slightly creamy hints of butterscotch taffy, maple and honey.

Sazerac’s Caribou Crossing was designed to reinvent the Canadian whisky category. This 80 proof whisky — the first single-barrel Canadian whisky since the 19th century — is aged in oak barrels and was selected from over 200,000 barrels by Master Blender Drew Mayville. This Canadian whisky is bottled twice a year (in the spring and fall) at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky.
Dry Fly Port Finish Wheat Whiskey is the same whiskey as our Washington Wheat, aged 3+ years in American Oak and then moved to a Port Wine barrel for an average of 6-12 months. It has a soft port finish and a slightly higher tannin level from the port barrel.
Dry Fly is the brain child of Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann, who set out to create whiskey that celebrates the beauty of the country surrounding Spokane, Washington, where the two go fishing. The wheat is sourced from the nearby Co-Ag Cooperative. Following a double distillation, the wheat mash is aged in 53-gallon new American oak barrels with a #3 char for three years.
Elijah Craig Small Batch is the signature Bourbon bearing the name of Rev. Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer who is credited as the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels. Long before the term Small Batch even existed, our Master Distillers were hand-selecting just the right number of barrels to make Elijah Craig. This expertise and attention to detail give Elijah Craig Small Batch the right balance of rich flavor and full body for a warm spice and subtle smoke flavor.
Uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. Each bottle is hand labeled with its unique proof and batch number but the nose, taste, and finish of every sip is pure Elijah Craig. We’re proud to say that remarkable consistency earned us the award of Whisky Advocate’s "Whisky of the Year."
Four Roses Single Barrel is bottled at 50% ABV and is comprised of their OBSV recipe (Four Roses has 10 different recipes). That means that this a straight whiskey using their high-rye mash bill (60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley) and uses their light fruity yeast strain. Each batch will vary slightly as is to be expected from single-barrel bottlings.
Four Roses Small Batch is a straight bourbon that is comprised of 4 of the 10 recipes Four Roses employs. They use an equal measure of both of their mash bills (60% corn, 35% rye, 5% barley and 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% barley). They also use yeast strains which highlight both a light and spicy profile along with a rich and fruity one. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
Made by Heaven Hill Distillery, this Henry McKenna bottling is a Bottled-In-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Aged 10 years, this release is also a single barrel release with each bottle bearing both the bottling date and the barrel number. Single barrel whiskeys are unique bottlings so your mileage may vary, but you'll generally be sipping a rye-drinker's bourbon.
A transatlantic blended whiskey from the people at High West in Utah. Following a trip to the peated Scotch whisky heartland of Islay, David Perkins sought to combine peated single malt with sweet bourbon as well as rye whiskey to create something unique.
