109.3 proof (54.65% ABV) | 750mL | Aged 5–7 years — Green River Full Proof Wheated Bourbon launched February 13, 2026, in 25 markets, and it answers the question every wheated-bourbon fan eventually asks: what does the house wheated recipe taste like at full strength? It uses the same signature wheated recipe as the core Green River Wheated — 70% corn, 21% wheat, 9% malted barley — aged 5 to 7 years in the distillery's clay tile warehouses at Owensboro, Kentucky's DSP-KY-10, with barrels selected and blended to be presented at their natural batch proof (109–116 across batches; the initial batch at 109.3). It comes in the signature horseshoe bottle, distinguished from the core lineup by a custom copper-accented tax strip. 

Master Blender Dan Callaway: "Wheated Full Proof is our way of giving fans a richer, more intense experience of the wheated bourbon they already love." The distillery's own notes are vanilla and caramelized wood sugars, "a richer expression of the wheated profile." Among bourbons at batch strength, the wheated recipe shows its softer side even at 109+: reviewers find sweet dark cherries, hot cinnamon, milk chocolate, caramel and tart orange on the nose; simple syrup, cherries, cinnamon and mild black pepper on the palate; a long finish of hot cinnamon and black pepper. A note on the name: "Full Proof" has no legal definition — Green River defines it as the final blended proof of barrel-strength barrels, not necessarily barrel-entry proof.
