Using select organic ingredients the heart of the vodka is slowly distilled an unprecedented 51 times in a handmade copper still found at the 13th century Ellinge Castle in Southern Sweden. A truly easy drinking bourbon distinguished by its subtle ‘rye-forward’ flavor. Handcrafted in the mold of classic American bourbons, it has a well-balanced sweetness highlighted by notes of vanilla and caramel.
