This 12 Year Old Special Reserve is a carefully crafted blend of old Irish whiskeys. With this XO Rum Cask Finish, we pay tribute to the role of Irish Immigrants in the development of rum in the Caribbean in the 17th Century. Irish heart and Caribbean soul, we call it the Beauty of Blend. We carefully select barrels previously used to age Demerara Rum to impart their distinctive tropical fruit and warm spice flavours to Tullamore D.E.W. XO Caribbean Rum Cask Finish Irish Whisky.

Tullamore DEW, the original blended Irish whiskey, is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity. For one, it is triple distilled and patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, developing its distinctive smoothness. Secondly, being a blend of all three types of Irish whiskey, it has a gentle complexity. The malt and the pot still whiskey we use give it citrus and spicy notes.

Velvet Cap Irish Whiskey is a small batch blend of malt and grain whiskies sourced from some of Ireland’s finest distilleries. After blending, we rest the whiskey in a selection of bourbon, port and stouted rye casks to let the flavours marry. On the nose expect candied banana, honey, dark stonefruit & almond leading way to a luscious mouthfeel with flavours of vanilla, plum, and agave.

William Larue Weller developed his original bourbon recipe with wheat, rather than rye. Bottled at the same 114 proof the spirit was when it entered into the barrel, this non-chill filtered wheated bourbon forgoes chill filtration to preserve all the naturally occurring residual oils and flavors that occur during the distillation and aging process (potentially making it appear cloudy at cold temperatures). This bourbon balances a rich mouth feel, with robust notes of vanilla and oak. A whiskey that satisfies the demand of the non-chill filtered whiskey enthusiasts, honoring the man who made wheated bourbon legendary.  

The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain. Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange color. Its softer flavor notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails. TASTING NOTES: A sweet nose with a presence of caramel. Tasting notes of honey, butterscotch, and a soft woodiness. It's smooth, delicate and calm. Features a smooth finish with a sweet honeysuckle flair

West Cork Distillers was founded in 2008 by childhood friends in in Skibbereen in the heart of West Cork. Though they are distilling products currently, this single malt was sourced. This 10-year whiskey is aged in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and is non-chill filtered.

The unique flavors in this flagship whiskey, Westland American Oak, derive from roasted malts inspired by Pacific Northwest beer culture. This American single malt has notes of rich fruit, rainier cherries, dark chocolate, and coffee.

Peated single malt whiskey from the Westland distillery in Seatlle, USA. American peated whiskey doesn't happen all that often, and is often rather interesting indeed!

Sherry Wood American Single Malt Whiskey. Rich honey-forward nose with notes of oatmeal, maple syrup and bananas. Tropical flavors followed by maple syrup and sweet cookies notes.

FarmStock Rye Crop No. 003 is the third release of our limited edition annual Triple Terroir Whiskey™ – created from our rye grain, distilled and proofed with our water, and aged in our custom Vermont White Oak. This year’s release is a historical step for us – the first ever majority WhistlePig Whiskey. Comprised of 52% of our 3-year-old Rye Whiskey, blended with 31% 6-year aged whiskey and 17% 10 year aged whiskey from Alberta, Canada.
