Named after our 28-acre ranch home in Dripping Springs, Texas, Ghost Hill Bourbon is a unique whiskey made with local heirloom grains from Barton Springs Mill. A genuine grain to glass bourbon, it is mashed, fermented, distilled, barreled, aged 2 years and bottled on-site at our Treaty Oak Distillery.

Templeton 6yr is a full flavored Rye showing aromas of cherry, apple and ginger spice. Upfront sweet flavors of honey lead into sweet baking spices, oak and a touch of peppermint. The drinker is rewarded with a long smooth spicy finish.

Templeton Rye 4 Year is the perfect intro to the Templeton portfolio. This medium bodied rye shows aromas of dried grass and rye spice. Flavors of caramel and butterscotch candy meld with light rye spice and a hint of vanilla. Exceptionally smooth rye whiskey that is the perfect addition to any whiskey cocktail.

We took the same vintage blending philosophy that we used to create Small Batch, except this time the goal was to create high proof bourbon that tasted its best neat. Uncut is so rich and sweet with an unbelievably thick mouth feel, the heat and rye spice finish are a welcome addition. It's like milk with cookies! Blending vintages of our high rye mash bill to achieve this flavor profile at 115-116 plus proof was a very rewarding challenge for us. There is a delicate balance between creamy mouthfeel, tannins and sugars that comes into play that makes the end result magical. Older vintages have more evaporation which means a higher concentration of fats and sugars per ounce which gives them a nice creamy mouthfeel as well as caramel and honey goodness. They also have more tannins because alcohol has been in contact with the wood for longer. A lot of what some perceive as alcohol burn is actually a harshness due to tannins. This can counterbalance the benefit gained by the high concentration of lipid esters insulating your pallet from alcohol heat. There needs to be enough of the older bourbon for the oak flavors and mouthfeel, but also some younger ones to cut back on the tannins and bring in some delicate fruit and caramel flavors.

We took the same philosophy used to create a superior, affordable easy-sipping bourbon…Then didn’t add any water. Uncut, non-chill filtered, with flavor notes that are fruit-forward with lots of candy, cinnamon spice, and plenty of heat. Consisting mainly of 4 year 36% rye bourbon from several floors and warehouse locations. Uncut the Younger is blended to be fruit forward, with tons of candy flavor notes and finishing with some bold cinnamon spice with gentle heat. It’s non chill filtered so it’s buttery and creamy, drinking more delicately than one would think based on its proof.

The higher the floor the hotter it gets in the summer causing more expansion and more movement into the wood. This as well being non chill filtered creates a bourbon that is rich and creamy beyond its years. Never rotating the barrels ensures there are no harsh tannin flavors and the high rye mash bill adds a delightful spicy and nutty finish.

A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palette. Old Weller Antique is bottled at 107 proof, offering a complex taste and bold finish. It’s certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof. TASTING NOTES: Sweet and unusual floral notes and coupled with vanilla. During Prohibition, Old Grand-Dad® was produced by a pharmaceutical company, the American Medicinal Sprits Co., and was one of the few distilled spirits permitted to be prescribed as medicine. It was a popular time to be sick.

In crafting 1920, we were able to spend time thinking about the legacy of Owsley Brown I and what was an incredibly unique era in our country’s history – Prohibition. 1920 Prohibition Style is our toast to the innovative and enduring spirit of Old Forester. This 115 proof expression is the third release in our Old Forester Whiskey Row series and celebrates the brand’s continued distillation during Prohibition. For 13 years, the production, transport and sale of alcohol was strictly prohibited. However, Old Forester was granted a permit to continue distilling on Louisville’s Whiskey Row. The 115 proof expression represents a barrel sample that company president Owsley Brown I would have batched at the beginning of Prohibition.
