When Booker Noe fathered the small batch bourbon movement 25 years ago, he created Knob Creek® to bring back the standards of pre-prohibition style. Knob Creek® Single Barrel Reserve encounters no detours or distractions. It’s just the big, pure flavor that Booker set out to create. Each barrel of Knob Creek® Single Barrel Reserve is aged 9yrs and bottled individually to become one of a kind. Each barrel we handpick will have slight variations in taste, color and aroma based on its final age, rack placement, and other proprietary methods passed down for seven generations. Aged 9 years Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 120 Proof Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is carefully hand selected, barrel-by-barrel, to bring you a robust, mature flavor.
Larceny Barrel Proof Bourbon is crafted from a batch of wheated Kentucky straight bourbon aged for 6-8 years. The inaugural batch, made its debut in January 2020, adhering to the nomenclature used in the tradition of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof. The naming convention designates the letter "A" for the first batch of the year, followed by the month of release, and concluding with the last two digits of the release year. Three batches are allocated annually in January, May, and September, each displaying a unique batch number and proof. Notably, all releases are bottled without chill-filtration. NOSE: The aroma is robust and sweet, featuring notes of maple, pancake syrup, brown butter, toffee, and cherry cola. Exhibiting a powerful and enjoyable character, it is enriched with wheater complexity and delightful sweet oak nuances. TASTE: The palate offers a thick mouthfeel with a subtle heat sensation. While this release carries a touch more ethanol compared to the initial two of 2023, it remains far from overwhelming. Flavors of maple, cinnamon, pepper, clove, and a hint of nutmeg intertwine with decadent notes of pancake syrup, crème brûlée, and caramelized sugar. FINISH: The finish is extended, characterized by a light oak presence but abundant dessert-like qualities.
Larceny is a small batch bourbon (100 barrels or less) of barrels from the middle three floors of the aging warehouse. The barrels that go into each batch are aged anywhere from 6 to 10 years. It is bottled at 92 proof.
Legent is a bourbon, but it’s unlike anything you’ve ever tried because it’s unlike anything that’s ever been created. Leaning into the heritage of Kentucky bourbon-making and Japanese whisky-blending techniques, Legent brings the best of two whiskey worlds together. It’s a bourbon with a flavor profile unlike anything else, one that stands out in a cocktail or can be easily enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
We age Maker’s 46 a bit longer inside barrels containing seared French oak staves. The staves create bolder, more complex flavors – while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer.

Maker's Mark 'Keepers Release' Wood Finishing Series 2025 Product Description: The Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series 2025: The Keepers Release is a limited-edition bourbon that pays tribute to the dedicated warehouse team at Maker’s Mark. These unsung heroes are responsible for the meticulous process of hand-rotating barrels throughout the aging cycle, ensuring a consistent flavor profile in every bottle. This practice, rare among large-scale distilleries, reflects the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and tradition. Crafting the Keepers Release This expression begins with fully matured, cask-strength Maker’s Mark bourbon, aged between six to seven years. It is then finished using two distinct types of toasted American oak staves: Stave Profile 1: Barrels finished with this stave underwent an additional five weeks of aging. Stave Profile 2: Barrels with this stave were finished for nine weeks. After the finishing period, the two batches were blended in equal proportions and bottled at cask strength, resulting in a robust proof of approximately 110 (around 55% ABV). Tasting Notes Nose: Seasoned oak, brûlée sugar, and tobacco. Palate: Bold toasted oak, subtle sweetness, brown sugar, maple, and spice. Finish: Long and enveloping with notes of dried dark fruit and roasted sweetness.
